Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

LOCAL:

We deliver our products to street addresses anywhere in South Africa, using a courier service.

For orders under R800 shipping costs are a standard R90. 
For local orders over R800 we offer FREE shipping.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Orders are processed at our design space in Cape Town, RSA, Tuesday and Thursday.
Once processed, please allow 2-4 business days for your Sunsara item/s to arrive. 
Package tracking numbers are available via your shipping confirmation email. Please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order before calling customer service to check on your order tracking, as the tracking information may not be available from our shippers before that time. Please note we only pack orders on a Tuesday and Thursday.


We offer a FREE pick up if you would personally like to collect your order from our our design space in Cape Town. (Full address will be provided once your order is placed.) 

 
INTERNATIONAL:
Please allow two to four weeks delivery time from South Africa. You will be provided with a tracking number and URL to track your order. All orders are sent via DHL. We do not except returns on International orders and all duties and taxes are at the expense of the buyer.



RETURNS

You are welcome to exchange your item within 30 days from purchase, as long as the item is unworn and swing tag is still attached. Return shipping costs to be covered by the customer. Please contact us on dahna@sunsaraboutique.com for further information regarding returns. 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or international orders.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
